Our family just got our garage door replaced by Jim from Door Doctors in Cumming. He was out the same day our door broke and was able to put a rush on the replacement door. I had an excellent experience with Jim at Door Doctor and highly recommend him! From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding. He responded quickly, took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our garage door opener, answered all of my questions, and was extremely honest about what needed to be done. What really impressed me was how quickly he was able to come out and take care of everything. He even worked into the evening to get our new opener installed, and there was no extra charge for the quick response or later appointment. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. It’s refreshing to find someone who is not only good at what they do, but also honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing great service.
